I work with women, especially empty nesters and successful professionals, to reclaim their true selves by knowing and loving who God created them to be. We so ofter lose ourselves in the "ands" and "demands" of life. My journey began a few years ago when I realized how much I was neglecting self-love. I was on auto-pilot, wearing a mask, thinking I had it all, but inside, I was deeply unhappy, dark, and lonely.Â
It wasn’t until someone held a mirror up to my life that I woke up. Despite having everything I thought I wanted, I was unfulfilled. Learning to love myself through God’s eyes broke the mold and allowed me to become my most authentic self.
